Account Recovery Instructions

Whether you’re coming over from the old site, or just forgot your password – use the following set of instructions to reset your password.

Navigate to the “My Account” page using the button in the upper right hand corner of the site. Once there, you will see the login and registration portals. If you were already a customer on the old site, but have never used this site before, you will need to reset your password before logging in. Click the “forgot your password” link below the login portal.

Next you will need to enter your username and email address to receive your new password. If you don’t remember your username, click “Forgot Username” to complete the process with just your email address.

* If you are coming from the old site, then your email address is also your username, so enter your email address in both fields

You will receive 2 emails. One of them will contain your new password. The other will be a confirmation email, informing you that a new password has been created.

* Important: Check your spam folder if you do not see the emails in your inbox.

You may now login with your new password on the “My Account” page, and begin shopping. Once logged in, you can change your password to something easier to remember by visiting the “My Account” page.
